In this month of March people start thinking green for many reasons... St. Patrick's Day being one of the biggest. At T By Daniel we think that's awesome!
It's just the perfect reason toy start adding Green Tea to your everyday routine. 
Think about this:
Green tea is loaded with antioxidants, it boosts your metabolism, detoxify's your body, helps improve brain function and gives you the "Energizer Bunny Boost" to get you through your day.
Put it this way: Green tea will definitely keep you going & going & going.
A fun fact about matcha green tea for those who don't know what that magical green powder in the picture is.
Matcha is simply green tea that is stone grounded into a powder form. One cup of this powerhouse beverage has as many antioxidants as ten cups of brewed green tea.

Matcha has a very pure, herbaceous flavour to it. Lets put it this way. If the colour green had a taste, it would definitely taste like Matcha.
Now if you're not to fond of just drinking matcha on its own, an easy way to add it to your diet is by throwing into your smoothie or shake recipies in the morning. Add some almond milk with a touch of Cinnamon and maybe a drop or 2 or vanilla extract and make it your own creation!
