TYPE: CHINESE, TAI PING HOU KUI
HOW TO PREPARE: (Simple method):
• Use 8-10 pieces or 3gr, Add the leaves to a tall glass or a 12oz tea pot
• Heat 150ml of natural spring water to 80°c-85°c,
• Steep for 1 min. The leaves are good for up to 4-5 infusions.
DRY- Fresh, floral, pure green, sea cress
WET- Floral, vegetale, fresh, marine
INFUSION- floral, orchid, clean, fresh, hint of macadamia, no bitterness.
GROWING CONDITION- The Foot of the Huangshan Mountains with humid and marine influences from the Tai Ping lake.
